A persistent heating system knocking noise began in my unit and continued 24 hours a day, particularly during nighttime hours. Despite several inspections and attempted repairs, they shut down the heat in my unit but the issue remained unresolved. Management maintained that the system was functioning as intended, even though the noise significantly disrupted my sleep. The experience was stressful.

i’m 1454 Pendrell St, managed by Metcap Starlight Investments – corporate cost-cutting at the expense of basic living standards. Since Starlight acquired this building five years ago, tenants have repeatedly experienced inadequate heat and hot water. These issues have been ongoing rather than isolated. I had a great experience living at 1454 Pendrell St. The manager building was always helpful and kind to me and my wife. I’m going to miss this place.
