Lying sack of shit. That is all there is to say about Jeff Jones and his Penfucking rentals. The house we're in now is allegedly owned by his mother (who also happens to be a lying sack of God knows what), and the furnace has been out for 3 weeks (with outside temperatures reaching the lower teens). The so-called "certified" technicians have been out at LEAST 5 times, and we still don't have heat. He won't ALLOW us to bring in our own proven certified techs. Jeff jones is a piece of shit. Do not i repeat do not rent from him or his company pendragon properties. He hires these crack head maintenance guys off craigslist. He doesnt even pay them he lets them move in toemptyapartments for doing whatever he wants. They break in other tenants apartments i caught one just the other day and he was arrested. The cops talked to jeff jones and jeff stated that the maintenance guy never worked for him. Jeff is a piece of shit liar. A lot of us tenants are fillng a class action lawsuit again... read more

Do not rent from Jeff Jones. Not only has he begged employees to post nice reviews, he has also PAID renters to write nice ones. As a former employee and renter, I can confirm that he ignores maintenance requests because he does not have the money to pay for the repairs. He hires off of Craigslist and never does background checks for the employees ENTERING YOUR APARTMENT. I rent a house in walnut creek behind BHSS and love it. Affordable housing is difficult to find in a college town and I have had a difficult time getting a loan for a home but didn't want to live in an apartment. He has some really nice homes with large yards that worked out perfect for me and my son.

Ive been living in Shamrock pointe for the last two years of my grad school. I love the location, it is very affordably priced, close to school and the mall and the new Kroger which is awesome. It is quite spacious and access to transportation. I have not had any issues since Ive lived here, but of course I pay my bills. Absolutely the worst place to rent from. Like everyone else has stated, they don't return phone calls or fix anything!!!! Read these reviews before signing anything. You will regret it. This many people can't be saying negative things and it not be true. We've always paid our rent on time, as well as kept the apartment extremely clean...and I feel like there's a huge chance that the 99% of positive comments on here are employees or the crook himself. Do not rent from Pendragon Properties. Jeff is a crook! Out to get your money and you won't hear from them when you need something fixed. His properties have potential but he doesn't take care of them when they need something done. Even if the tenant destroys the property, they won't fix anything. They just move anyone in. His maintenance guys don't have anything nice to say and that's why he goes through them like nothing. So please do your research on him.
