My son requested an estimate for ductwork at his house in February. They showed up without letting him know and gave a verbal estimate of $450 (the cost to have this repair completed was $3,500 with another company which was what we expected) and said they would email over the hard copy of the estimate. Tried to arrange service via the contact form on their website. Received an email the next day "Pendley Heating and Air has now merged with All Airs Home Services. Please give them a call". Why this merge information is not on their website and they are still acting like their own company is beyond me but feels very dishonest.
***EDIT*** Pendly has changed hands and has changed the name to All Airs Home Services. I can't write a review about them yet, but I will contact them when needed.
Service at our property was impeccable! Garrett was the most pleasant, knowledgable and thorough tech you could ever wish for. He did not cut corners, spent enough time that you felt confident in the work you were paying for. We had a multi-day annual service at our business as well as a repair. He well represents this company!
Had purchased new system with parts and labor warranty, called in yesterday Sept 19 2024, a condensation pump kept running and system was and had been off... she explained that I was covered parts nd labor and a discounted service call of 106$... I told her the problem nd she said it was included...106$ total...service charge Tech arrived nd completed job no problem, but when my wife calls to pay they charge around 175$ for pump saying not part of warranty...
