We took our new fur baby Athena for her puppy checkup today. Everyone in the office was amazing with her and she loved it! Thank you for taking such good care of our fur baby!
Everyone is beyond amazing. Dr. Frazier saw my sweet little dog an hour after calling because my poor baby woke up just crying in agony all night long. Discovered she had a herniated disc and needed to be crated and medicated for a couple weeks. I wasn’t able to be at that appointment due to a test in class, but my mother relayed the message that she was very sweet and gentle. Chloe did an amazing job with grooming my dog. He is old, cranky, and thus has been kicked out of numerous grooming facilities. She handled him with kindness and respect! She had no issues and he looks adorable. Not only is he so cute, but he smells fantastic! I would HIGHLY recommend PVC to my friends & family!
We have trusted Dr. Crabtree from back when he took care of our pets in his south Anderson days to this very day and wouldn’t trust any other person with our pets. Today was just a reminder of how caring this young man and his staff are, this was a very hard day for the family and Brent was absolutely awesome working with us through our families loss. Thank you so much!!!
Dr Crabtree and all his staff were very helpful today. Everyone was very friendly and there wasn’t anything left unanswered. Our doggies are kind of picky when it comes to people in general but both dogs liked everyone. Thanks for all the help and glad we were able to find new vet for life
Watching our daughters dog while she is on vacation. Her dog got sick, and since he has a history of pancreatitis we felt he needed seen ASAP. Her regular vet was closed so we got in to see Dr Crabtree. We had not been there before. Dr Crabtree was so thorough and compassionate. He had to deliver bad news to us, and to our daughter on the phone. He offered help in making the dog comfortable until our daughter can get home. You can tell he truly cares for his patients and will go the extra mile to help. He is exceptional.
