My name is Tioshma and I was fired out of the blue! I worked there 3years! Written up once for being late and I called them on my way to work because traffic was stopped due to an accident! A crappy place to work!! Poor customer relationships with workers! Hired a bunch of pot smokers that would smoke pot on the job! I would be at and on my post and supervisor would come ask me where the other guards! I worked there and was only responsible for me being where I was supposed to be!!!! I was being paid 11$ and hour. I had to quit go to family illness and they paid me 7.25 an hour for my last pay period
My experience working at Pendleton was a great one. I showed up at my post on time everyday and I never had a bad experience with any of the office staff. My daughter was in a bad accident earlier this year, I called a supervisor while I was on post and I was headed to my kid in less than 15 mins. And I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with at CSB. All of the supervisors were courteous whenever they would stop by for a post inspection.
They fired me because of a medical condition. Captain Knight was rude during termination and after the medical condition was explained he replied " I need people who can work!" Terrible company!
