Management seems to profile people, once they decide you're a problem, you're a problem. Will inspect your home and say everything looks great, then inform you that you have a lease violation the next day. The landlord has changed multiple times but nothing ever seems to change. One official maintenance guy that never seems to stay the same for long, one supposedly quit because the apartments had no money and he wasn't getting paid, another was supposedly fired when a small amount of drugs were found in the locked tool shed ... read more

The landlord gives more than 10 violations to people who disturb others or doesn't follow property rules and still haven't been kicked out. Landlord will shrug off any complaints or requests you have, like something needing to be fixed. Drug addicts living here, while the landlord knows they do and doesn't care. Never rent from here.
