Kip always does a thorough and quick job of his semi-annual furnace inspections. Hid office (wife) calls semi-annually to schedule our service. She is also very efficient. His wife and Kip are always friendly and helpful. We enjoy working with them. Kip has a reduced plan that pays for each year in advance. Very reasonable.
