I went in for tooth pain, the dentist took x-rays and "didn't see anything." He subtly accused me of faking it and said he could drill into the tooth to humor me but couldn't guarantee he could find the issue. I started to tear up out of frustration and pain. He then asked why I was crying, and I had to sit in the lobby and recover from a know it all dentist telling me I wasn't in pain. 2nd time here, each time having to wait way past my appointment time. So frustrating when you're left to sit in these small children chairs. So far an hr past my sons appointment time today. Don't get me started on the drive because the location is in the middle of nowhere on the base, far away from the main gates. Ridiculous. I want to start off by saying I have given this a lot of thought about whether or not to post this but I feel like people should be aware. I visited this office 3 times, it’s the one by the movie theater. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but my children and I were extremely disappointed the service given. This place is really awful. I had went a few years ago and I am still disturbed with how they treated me. I got my wisdom teeth pulled but didn't get put to sleep and the surgeon acted annoyed with me when I could feel it. And after with a mouth full of gauze and blood they would ask me questions expecting me to answer. Instead of finding a way for me to communicate like with a pen and paper they would sit and stare at me when I couldn't talk cause blood was pouring out of my mouth.
