Luckily I stumbled across Temple White at Pender White Properties while I conducted my personal search for a snowbird nest in FL. She explained the value of working with an agent versus “ going it alone”. She was right. Temple was excellent in virtually every measurable category to do business with. Her and her partner Sindi are fantastic allies in your home search. Without hesitation I recommend Temple and Sindi for your S Florida real estate needs. No worries here!

I highly recommend this real estate company. I have worked with realtors on several occasions over many years and I can say without hesitation that Temple White is the best. From the beginning of the process of selling our property, she offered insights that only come with experience and lots of hard work. She sold our property in a very timely manner and kept us in the loop with everything along the way. What a difference that a dedicated professional makes!

For anyone interested in selling their house…I would strongly without reservation recommend Temple White of PenderWhite Properties. Temple and her partner Sindi are extremely professional and knowledgeable agents who worked extremely hard to sell our house in this challenging real estate market. Additionally, comparing sales to other agents Temple’s sales per square foot have been the highest. Therefore, they are not giving the house away they are selling the house. It was such a pleasure working with Temple and Sindi and if... read more

Temple and Sindi were fantastic to work with. They were always available for us as we searched for a home. When we couldn't meet with the structural engineer, Temple was there. When we had an Association question. Sindi dug into it for the answer. There were lots of details they helped us work through. The beauty of two agents is that we got two opinions and extra insights for our best options. (I am a realtor in Virginia and probably the worst type of client ;-) Thank you both so much, we thoroughly enjoyed working with pro... read more

I cannot say enough about Temple and Cindy. I mostly worked with Temple, but enjoyed Cindy as well. They work as a stellar team. We had an extremely difficult transaction due to some shenanigans on the other side - Temple helped handle everything, worked through stress and frustration, and was a true professional in every way. They went well above and beyond. I needed someone I could trust as I was in another state for most of the transaction, and I sure chose correctly! I would not hesitate to use Pender White at any time!
