For anyone interested in selling their house…I would strongly without reservation recommend Temple White of PenderWhite Properties. Temple and her partner Sindi are extremely professional and knowledgeable agents who worked extremely hard to sell our house in this challenging real estate market. Temple and Sindi were fantastic to work with. They were always available for us as we searched for a home. When we couldn't meet with the structural engineer, Temple was there. When we had an Association question. Sindi dug into it for the answer. There were lots of details they helped us work through. I cannot say enough about Temple and Cindy. I mostly worked with Temple, but enjoyed Cindy as well. They work as a stellar team. We had an extremely difficult transaction due to some shenanigans on the other side - Temple helped handle everything, worked through stress and frustration, and was a true professional in every way. They went well above and beyond. I needed someone I could trust as I was in another state for most of the transaction, and I sure chose correctly! I would not hesitate to use Pender White at any time!
