I called these guys off a recommendation from an AC tech that has done work for me before. The air handler of the system was freezing up due to a lot of dust and debris. The handler, located in a closet on the main floor, took all of 2 minutes to inspect and diagnose, yet they charged me the full $125 fee. Then went on to charge another $375 for an hour or so to clean the coils for a total of $503. Total ripoff; I wish I made that kind of money in that short amount of time.
What I love about Pender Brothers, in addition to know-how and competency, is how everyone I’ve had contact with treats me. They treat me like a neighbor. The hvac inspectors and installers take the time to explain what they are doing and give tips on what I can do to maintain my hvac. Thank you for going beyond competency to great customer service
For years Pender Brothers have exceeded all exceptions. When you can make an HVAC service request in the dead heat of summer (in the Lowcountry) and they come out within the hour there’s something to be said about that level of servitude. Thank you to Mike, Kathleen and Eugene for assisting in our time of need. Y’all rock!
