I found a good inventory with a knowledgeable sales representative (Clint) who answers my questions and walked in the rain with me to look through my options. I was provided with a transparent sales process where I was informed of all the rebates available and was assisted in obtaining an additional rebate by Clint that initially I did not believe I was eligible to receive. I just came in to get a flat tire fixed. They were diligent despite being short staffed. When they could not repair my tires due to the particular type of damage, (dealers also don’t carry tires in stock)they didn’t charge me a dime, and offered several solutions. I’m usually a to the bone Toyota loyalist, but if I’m ever in the market for a Chevrolet, Pendarvis will be the first stop I make.
