In my opinion, they are about to go down. Started in California, and moved a family member to South Dakota because of messed up banking rules.. A pathetic corporation operated by incompetent people. My company sent a rollover check to PenChecks for distribution to a former employee. The check was sent out on 12-17-19. PenChecks claimed that to date, 1-7-20, it had not received the checks for three weeks, even though the check was cashed by PenChecks on 12-27-19 according to the originator of the check.
