i had issue with my 401 employee reteirment plan which was carried forward to your end.. i did call in to discuss the issue. and to find a solution.. i was attended by a customer care personal named Laurie.. who was a good listener, knows her product and her roll. and top of all she was humble, polite good listener and had solutions for my queries right on top of her fingers.. was happy and delighted to getting my issue resolved on a positive note
Dealing with money makes me nervous. Going to the penchecks website didn't help; it had circular links and offered little to no useful info except to emphasize calling a CSR. My call put me through to Laurie. She was fantastic. She directed me to the proper site where I could get info. She made sure everything worked out promptly and properly. Laurie was personable and professional. She handled my needs in about 5 minutes-- which eliminated any further stress, instead making me relieved. Give her a raise!
