I've been going to Dr. Pence for over 25 years off and on. Because of my Medicare insurance I briefly began going to an 'in network' provider that cost me far more than Dr. Pence's much more reasonable rates for an uninsured patient. Plus this other dental facility kept trying to upsell me additional services and claimed my gums needed to be sandblasted clean for $400 per quarter of my mouth. Dr. Pence is always cordial and pretty easy to schedule my checkups.
Excellent dentist
Was told by his office staff that we had a latex for your office was not true. Noticed Dr Pence walking from Patient to Patient after examining him with latex gloves not washing his hands. Had to ask the hygienist to wash your hands. The sinks in the room were completely dry showed me that no one washes their hands.8
Sadly, I've moved away from the area and Dr. Pence is someone I'll miss very much. He is by far the best dentist I've ever known in my 64 yrs. He somehow manages 'no pain' dentistry and perfect care. I'll miss his staff too.
Dr. Pence is very personable and knowledgeable making my visits less traumatic than I usually associate with going to a dentist.
