I have been going to Dr Pence since he came to Great Falls and I think he and his hygienists do a great job. They start their appointments on time. Dr Pence is a quiet person but has always been upfront and honest. My only “compliant” is if you need to get in under an emergent situation it can be hard as his schedule is very full. I would definitely recommend him.
Dr Pence is a great dentist and most of his staff are helpful and kind. But his Office Manager Jennifer is rude and disrespectful to people. She assumes that she is correct and talks down to patients. I would definitely replace her if you want to keep customers! We have been going to first Dr Zander and eventually Dr Pence for over 30 years, we will not be returning if we have to deal with Jennifer again.
