My son needed a tux for Prom. Ms. Sue went above and beyond to make our tux rental experience easy and fun! I’ll recommend all of our family and friends to Pence & Panache.

I started looking for my wedding dress back in March. I saw a beautiful gown and wanted to continue the search to be sure it was perfect. I went to another bridal shop and was so disgusted at how I was treated! At that moment, I knew I was getting the gown from Pence and Panache. My consultant, Emily was amazing and dropped everything when she saw me come in the door! She put me in the gown of my dreams and made sure to answer all my questions and made me feel like a queen! She is fabulous! Thank you for everything!

I am so glad I found my wedding dress here because it was by far the best experience I had at a bridal salon! Emily was so sweet and caring and made me feel like she was really interested in getting to know me! She was patient and relaxed (considering I didn’t really have a starting idea of what I wanted haha) and helped me find the perfect dress! I had a GREAT experience here! I especially liked that I was able to go through the dresses myself and pull some that caught my eye to start out with. Christy was very understanding when I didn’t like some of the dresses at first, and did a great job of bringing me dresses that fit my style more as we got further into the appointment (and I started figuring out what I wanted!). I had the absolute best experience shopping for the dress of my dreams! From the time I made the appointment the staff was so welcoming and friendly. They were very accommodating of my party of 6 and made everyone feel at ease. Emily was so so helpful and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She pulled dresses for me that I didn’t know to pick for myself and I ended up choosing one that she had picked out for me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had the most amazing experience at Pence and Panache. I was in town last minute visiting my dad and step mom and Pence and Panache were still able to fit me in. They were so welcoming from the first phone call and the moment I walked in the door. Emily helped me, she is absolutely amazing. She listened to what I liked and didn't like and made me feel completely comfortable. Everything about my experience with Pence and Panache was amazing! Emily made me feel so important and made sure I was getting all I had ever wanted (and didn’t know I wanted) for my wedding dress!
