Excellent communication very friendly and helpful
I have not rented from them nor will I. I don't even understand how anyone gets the chance to rent from them. I have been trying to speak to someone regarding my application status, and I'm always sent to voicemail. My wife and I have called 4+ times, left messages, and sent emails in the span of 3, maybe 4 weeks. Still haven't heard anything back. I understand I'm not the only person applying or calling, but even a quick message saying they'll call us back would suffice. Clearly they don't want to rent out their properties.... read more
