grew up here in the early 2000's. I have the fondest memories of exploring through the pathways and little ponds and streams. very quiet and safe. I feel blessed to have grown up here. the design truly feels like you've been transported to a tropical resort.
HOA is the woooorst. Extremely rude, no regards for the community AT ALL only when it comes to being uptight about nonsense rules. Lost our dog inside of the community and they were so rude about it, could care less and called me and said to take my flyers down. Time is of the essence when trying to find lost pets and I truly believe they are a huge reason I never found my dog because they took my flyers down. They allow bird houses to be hung on trees in the parking lot but me hanging flyers is unacceptable? What really mat... read more
