New to PQ, I asked around for car service recommendations. This place and Sean was mentioned, and being close to me I thought I would start here: rang and spoke to Sean who was very helpful explaining how services work out here in the US. Booked in for later that week and very glad we did: professional and friendly from start to finish - and reasonable price. Will be going back.
Poor customer service. One of the technicians (or customer service staff? ) talked to me while fixing a car and simply turned me away without clearly communicating the reasons. I don't recommend this place to fix your car.
Shane is great. My smog check was literally 6 minutes
Lacks integrity. Made an appointment for a smog test but was turned away due to the business being 'too busy.' Despite being told walk-ins were welcome three days ago when I tried to make an appointment, they refused to honor what they said and would not schedule another one.
Had my car smogged here and couldn’t have gone better! Shout out to Sean for being so nice everytime I’ve talked with him and professional. Fast service, top notch, didn’t need an appointment. Was able to sit in a chair inside and eat my food. I highly recommend coming here for smog checks! And it’s a STAR station too! Thanks guys!
