Our condo has used Penang Janitorial for years and they were great. In the past year, we've had one janitor after another not show up. We're supposed to be having our condo (only 2 story's and 28 units) swept, mopped and trash taken out.....three times a week. We're lucky if we get someone once a month who sweeps for 10 minutes. We just had our building painted and it's already looking like a dump. Time to find a new cleaner!
