Thank you Ryan for coming to my rescue! I just had a new water heater put in and suddenly my heater wasn’t working. I made a call to Ryan and he was there that afternoon. He walked in, looked around the heater, and said here’s your problem. Fixed the no heat issue in 5 minutes. It was awesome!
Ryan and his team are so extremely kind and hard working. They have repaired our old HVAC unit a few times and just replaced our entire unit and we couldn't ask for better service! They are very reasonable and charged half of what other companies do! Penacrux is my savior! My heat went out overnight when it is supposed to be freezing/snowing for the next few days. They came out first thing this morning and fixed the problem. Friendly, fast, reasonable prices. You can’t go wrong!
I had a positive experience with my AC replacement. The team was transparent and punctual. Their work was tidy, and professional. They were also very polite and went out of their way to implement some small user specific requests I had. They laid down cloth and wore boot protection slipcovers on my hardwood floors to make sure no dirt or damage. I recommend this team for your AC needs, thank you Penacrux!
Great and honest HVAC company. I called Ryan for AC maintenance and he found a clogged drain and fixed it. He was thorough and reasonable in his pricing. I will definitely use him again.
