I did a lot of research before calling anyone, and this company was local to me. He did a great job fixing my issue. If you ever have a problem with your A/C, do not hesitate to call Penacrux Heating and Air LLC. He got to my house quickly and was very professional and personable.
Had an issue with the A/C unit at one of my family’s home and when we couldn’t fix the issue we called Penacrux. He was here within 30 minutes working and handled the issue quickly. Very kind and professional, definitely recommend.
Ryan was my third quote and I’m glad I called him. I had received two different reasons from other companies as to what the issue was with my AC and was quoted ridiculous prices. Ryan was honest and straight to the point. Appreciated that he squeezed me in last minute and got my issue fixed quickly.
Thank you Ryan for coming to my rescue! I just had a new water heater put in and suddenly my heater wasn’t working. I made a call to Ryan and he was there that afternoon. He walked in, looked around the heater, and said here’s your problem. Fixed the no heat issue in 5 minutes. It was awesome!
