My service experience with Penacrux was very satisfactory. I had been disappointed with previous providers and had gone fishing for a new one, when I came across Penacrux and some very nice reviews. I did a lot of research before calling anyone, and this company was local to me. He did a great job fixing my issue. If you ever have a problem with your A/C, do not hesitate to call Penacrux Heating and Air LLC. He got to my house quickly and was very professional and personable.

Ryan was my third quote and I’m glad I called him. I had received two different reasons from other companies as to what the issue was with my AC and was quoted ridiculous prices. Ryan was honest and straight to the point. Appreciated that he squeezed me in last minute and got my issue fixed quickly.

I had a positive experience with my AC replacement. The team was transparent and punctual. Their work was tidy, and professional. They were also very polite and went out of their way to implement some small user specific requests I had. They laid down cloth and wore boot protection slipcovers on my hardwood floors to make sure no dirt or damage. I recommend this team for your AC needs, thank you Penacrux!
