I have lived in Pembroke Place for 1 year and have enjoyed it. While the apartments are small (1 bedroom) which can be expected they feel comfortable in size. The property is well maintained, with quick response to the rare maintenance requests we have had. This is a great place to live if you need cheap rent but don't want to sacrifice quality.
