The work was slow and delayed. Ruben struggled to diagnose the problem and the price was outrageous. He didn't explain things clearly, leaving me clueless- I know nothing about plumbing systems and this is my first house. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service.
I understand why these guys are poorly rated! They were terrible! Couldn't fit me in the same day and didn't consider my availability at all, which is unfortunately common. Tristan was far from professional, showed no courtesy, and was clueless. He mishandled everything and more. He overcharged for the project and couldn't even be bothered to make a few necessary adjustments to ensure everything was functioning properly. I would advise against using this company. I will definitely not be using them again!
Setting up the appointment was a nightmare, they never called when the plumber, Jeffery, was supposed to be on his way. Jeffery made the cost and options confusing. He found it difficult to resolve the plumbing issue and took much longer than he initially estimated to finish the job. This company's service was not at all satisfactory.
i'm truly satisfied with the exceptional quality of work and professionalism exhibited by my plumbers, micah and ruben. they did an outstanding job on my chicago home and i was thrilled with the outcome. much appreciated! also, a big thank you to the polite team who assisted in arranging this. highly recommended with confidence!
I reached out and received a quick reply. Jeffery showed up and was both professional and supportive. He managed to unclog the toilet using a plumbing snake, offering a thirty day warranty in the process. The charges were quite reasonable. I'll definitely engage their services again for any future plumbing requirements in Chicago.
