THEY WILL SMILE IN A TENETS FACE SIMPLY TO COLLECT THE TENETS MONEY THEN AS SOON AS THE TENET LEAVES THEY WILL PROCEED TO TALK IN A BLASPHEMOUS MANNER BEHIND THE TENANTS BACK! THESE ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE! THEIR MAINTENANCE STAFF IS LEAD BY AN INCOMPETENT LEADER WHO IS EXTREMELY LAZY AND DISRESPECTFUL! YOU DESERVE BETTER THAN THE SLUMS OF PEN DEL ESTATE.
