They have a high turnover rate. None of their providers will stay, they leave after a few months. They don’t call to notify you that your provider no longer works there and blame you for showing up. Complete waste of time. The nurse practitioner they have now is passive aggressive, manipulative, and nosey. Too old to be acting like that.
We set their 3 hours to get our appointment to see the doctor. They give you a appointment but doesn't take you as your appointment. People came in after we did 2 hours later and got seen. Dr. Gubin is a great doctor but the Clinic is terrible. We have never ever waited that long. Need to do something about it . If you make appointment for someone than if it's at 8.30am then take then at that time and bot at 11.30am or 12pm.
Can never get a human on their phone system everything goes to voicemail and return calls are never received!!! How on earth do you conduct business this way?
Pretty crowded all the time.
