I have been with Pemco for over 50 years. I haven't used them much but when I have, they were very helpful and supportive. I got into a car accident 3 years ago and Laura, the Pemco rep kept me up to date on what was going on. It finally settled and I really appreciate all her help and communication.
We’ve been with Pemco since 2013 home and cars insurance. But in November 24th of 2025 a car crashed in front of our home. Right after I called Pemco Insurance. So, the insurance adjuster Suzey sent contractor to cover the damage with plywood and she showed up. At the beginning of the all this everything looked like it was going to be done perfectly. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated with Pemco insurance. After 23 years for me and 25 years for my wife having auto insurance with Pemco they dropped our policy. I did have 2 Driving while using a cell phone tickets, and my daughter had to fail to yield at a stop sign ticket, but no major accidents in 23 years and my wife has never ever had a speeding ticket.
