When I was the victim of a hit and run, Pemco managed a no-hassle rental car and a very good repair service. All covered minus my deductible as an expense. Also, they monitor my house for possible fire hazzards of roof debris and plantings too close.

I have had very few interactions with my insurance company over the last 60 years so was not prepared for how generous PEMCO can be. An undetected hole in my roof wasn’t just patched; the entire front half of the roof was replaced. The attic was dried and treated. Moist insulation was removed and replaced with new. Damp carpet in the two effected rooms couldn’t be replaced to match the rest of the house so the entire first floor was done.
