Good Morning, just wanted to give a shout out to the Pembrook crew my second time around nothing has changed it's still great being here. Thank You Rhonda, Ms. Paula, Dawn, the maintenance crew awesome every time I put in a work order the next day they are on it, the Ladies in the office any help you need is no problem they will figure it out, hope I didn't leave anyone out if I did charge it to my head not my heart 😀 keep up the good work 👍
I find my residency at Pambrook Place to be highly satisfactory. The maintenance team consistently addresses any issues promptly, typically resolving them within a short timeframe. Furthermore, the administrative staff is consistently professional and courteous.
We have lived here for 14 months now . We have had no issues . We did have our ac unit go out and they came and fixed the problem . They keep the lawn looking great and are quick to remove the snow .
