First thing in the morning service request for a stuck front door. Within a half hour the service man arrived, "un-stuck" the front door, realigned the knob and locks and it was fixed. Excellent, fast & friendly service. Thank you!
I had an appointment scheduled to tour an apartment for 2 weeks. Less than 2 hours before my arrival they tell me that they can't show me anything and I can look at picture in their computer. They even sent me an email and text message the day before my scheduled interview to confirm my appointment and showing time.
