I find my residency at Pambrook Place to be highly satisfactory. The maintenance team consistently addresses any issues promptly, typically resolving them within a short timeframe. Furthermore, the administrative staff is consistently professional and courteous.
We have lived here for 14 months now . We have had no issues . We did have our ac unit go out and they came and fixed the problem . They keep the lawn looking great and are quick to remove the snow .
Office employees don’t want to address emails about other tenants being completely disrespectful to the tenants who live right next to the pool, loud music, food being tossed over the fence, staying past the pool closing time, it’s every single weekend. Tenants using the “emergency exit” gate and standing outside my living room windows being loud and obnoxious.
