This company is terrible. They do not come consistently. When they do come they are there for maybe 5 mins and the pool is still littered with debris. When we called them to complain the first time, their service guy said that he rang the doorbell to plug in his vacuum but no one answered. I was home the whole time. The company took the side of their guy, fine. We installed a camera and for 2 weeks this guy never shows but he has a picture of our pool on a rainy day last week. Pembroke Pool Service is a great company! I had to change pool servicing company and Im happy to have done it. Ever since this company has been servicing pool. My pool looks crystal clear all the time. The owners are very friendly and go above and beyond to help you.
Everything started out decently. Unfortunately, I had to start watching the pool guy on the camera after he visited each week. I even got more cameras because it just didn't seem like I was getting what I was paying for. Then, I'm told he does something, I provide video evidence that he did NOT do something, and they decided to "part ways before things escalated".
