I lived on the first floor at Pembroke Place for just over two years and wanted to share my experience to help others considering this place. Overall, it’s a decent home, and with new ownership, they are making improvements over time the best they can. Noise The 3-story buildings have concrete walls between units, so I never heard my side neighbors unless they made excessive noise directly against the wall. Filled out application for a unit and they gave it to someone else instead even though I called first, staff was unfriendly, and negative reviews are on here for a reason… total bogus
