Were do i begin, first checked your online location information, stated that on Wednesdays open until 6:00, then went to office exactly 5:00 lady sees me and locks the door, bang on door office manager i presumed came to door barely opened stated they are closed, i politely stated website states open till 6:00pm im here to pick up glasses, rudely the lady stated we open at 8:00 in the morning i stated i have to work, i questioned the lady about hours stated on website, she stated not her problem and its wrong then slams door... read more
