All they care about is money. Very gross. Black Mold , Flooded Kitchen , Rats , Broken Locks. They have allowed convicted felons to live here. Regarding the review last week about smoking weed inside of the apartment , I can also say that is true.

I live on the second floor, it doesn't bother me that they smoke outside, the only thing is to please put out the cigarette. Today I arrived and on the floor they left half of the cigarette lit, the wood catches on fire and I don't realize how I'm going to get out of the room. apartment irresponsible people I hope and those from the office take action on the matter, they still smoke inside the apartment and when the air is turned on the stench of marijuana gets in 🤦♀️ I am a diabetic and asthmatic person
This is the worst apartment complex in Virginia Beach. The living conditions were horrible. They also charged me more money than what I owed. They had all kinds of ridiculous fees, rodents and dirty appliances. Don’t let them fool you. They also charged me for rent, water and other fees a month after I left
Horribly run - major maintenence issues throughout complex that are not addressed - Breeden Company has let property go beyond belief. Not recommended to anyone.
