Just signed a year lease, and so far so good. It had been a while since I’ve rented, but Terry-Lynn was very patient and accommodating while walking me through the process. The building has been well kept and maintained. I Would highly recommend Avenue Living.
My son has just moved into Pembroke House. Teri Lynn was absolutely amazing. She guided us through all the paperwork involved in a transfer and answered my many questions regarding the facility. I had questions almost daily and she always answered my queries promptly and patiently. After the move-in inspection we identified several issues that needed to be resolved. Just signed my third lease at Pembroke House. Terri Lynn has been fantastic to work with. She is one of two people that make it nice to live here. Accessibility to downtown, the bus, the rec centre and more make this ideal.
