Great place. Caring people. Always find time when you need them.
Where to start.. Hopefully you have an hour of your day to devote to sit on hold to get in contact with someone to schedule an appointment. I am not one who goes to the Dr. for a runny nose, so I'm not going to breed the super bug that's immune to antibiotics, and my work doesn't have the personal for me to be gone often so when I do go it would be nice to receive something. Getting told to "sweat it out for a few more days" is not what I believe I should be paying for. They tell you to call back in 3 days if problem persist... read more
The doctors and staff are wonderful. They listen to you when you have a problem or need!
I like the nurses and docs but the billing department leaves alot to be desired. I like Beth but Jane is very cold and calleous. She lacks understanding that chronically ill patients without insurance have trouble paying their bills and sends out letters threatening to throw them out of the practice.
the staff and the drs are great , the only problem is trying to reach them by phone ,its almost impossible !! now today verizon cuts in saying the # cannot be reached !! very frustrating
I love Lisa, she's been my nurse for forever and shes the best!
All of the staff is very friendly and caring. I love my doctor there. She listens to what you have to say and works with you to find what treatments will work best for you. It's a good partnership.
