I have read reviews here and on Healthgrades (some are false). This dentist and her assistant mistreat people with MassHealth. I dealt with Pam at this office to try to become a new patient. She was horrible. I have MassHealth as an insurance. Worst dental experience of my life. I will keep coming back everytime my review is removed. There were many many other reviews. Margaret Jones is nothing but a rude person. She made me feel like I was a POS. I went to her because I was in pain due to an absessed tooth. She was mean, made rude comments. I left her office in tears
Dr. Jones is a not only a wonderful person but a wonderful dentist! I've only ever had great experiences with her. I definitely recommend her, you will never be disappointed by her stellar work.
I had the BEST experience here. Dr.Jones had seen me the same day I called, and helped me with a tooth that was causing me extreme pain. I’ll definitely be going back from now on. Very professional, very clean, and helped me in every way possible.
Dr. Jones was extremely professional and approachable. I felt safe and comfortable with my annual visit. I have switched dentists from time to time but haven’t had anyone has good as her. I highly recommend.
