I just have to give a huge shout out to the guys at Pembroke collision! They did some work on my car a couple weeks ago that came out great, with crazy circumstances that surrounded it involving another body shop. And a few days after I got the car back I encountered an issue with my directionals. I went there today the guys looked at it, took them all of maybe 20-30 minutes to figure it out, they even had the parts that they needed on hand so they didn't have to order anything! My rear bumper was damaged in an accident so I stopped by Pembroke Collision to schedule my vehicle for repair. From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed with their customer service. Amy was extremely helpful and explained how long the repair should take and even arranged for a rental car to be ready for me at Pembroke Collision on the day I dropped off my car.
