Two sides of the story I see both sides of the story for this business. I have a particularly challenging pet who gives the staff a run for their money, but they do a very good job and take very good care. fantastic staff I've been going to PAH for over 2 years now with my asthmatic cat. After being told by the ARL that he had "hairballs" and getting a real diagnosis there i have had nothing but positive expiriences. The doctors are amazing and the rest of the staff just as wonderful. I would highly reccomend them.
Pembroke Animal Hospital Love Dr.T and all of the staff.Have been going there for 9yrs for my Cats and Dogs they treat the animals as if they are their own.I highly recommend Pembroke Animal Hospital as your primary Vet. I have had emergency appt's on several occasions never a problem.
Wonderful Family Vet I have been coming to Pembroke Animal Hospital for 6 1/2 years with a Lab and a Weimaraner (only for four years). During the time that I have had the opportunity to work with the staff and doctors at PAH I have only had positive, nurturing experiences. They have even come to my house for house calls when needed. I would highly recommend them and Dr. Teixeira has been absolutely wonderful!
siezure- thanks for nothing PAH !! My 110 lb lab-shephard mix had a violent siezure yesterday-I called the closest vet-PAH. It was a very scary episode and when I told them about it, the response I got was, "we haven't seen that dog since 2005"..have you been taking him somewhere else? Great Veterinarian! Been bringing our 2 cats here for 10 years.DR Teixeira and staff are fantastic.Some times DR T is not available,the other Vet who may be on duty is also excellent although DR T is my favorite.Everyone is very friendly and their love for animals shines through.Very reasonable charge for services rendered.I would definitely recommend PAH.Based on my own experience,I cannot for the life of me understand negative review posted,there are two sides to every story.
No Thanks Came home from work,my 9 year old German Shepherd could barely stand up and he was crying. Called Pembroke Animal Hospital who was half the distance of my dog's regular vet. They asked if he was a previously established patient. I said no and they said they don't handle emergencies of non patients. An absolute disgrace of a local vet. Disgusting. My dog was treated at Roberts for severe Lyme disease. Pembroke Animal Hospital,I spit on their ground!
Great Vet I have been using Pembroke Animal Hospital for seven years - first for my 14 year old cat, and most recently for my four-year-old dog. Dr. T. is amazing and has never steered me wrong. She knows her stuff and she doesn't soak you for unecesary treatments. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
RecommendedWe have been using them for about 20 years now and we can not say enough about the entire staff. I just had to put down my best buddy of 18 years and even with this crazy pandemic going on around us, I was able to stay by his side the entire time. It meant the world to me. Best staff ever!🐾
