Got a great Dr and the staff are amazing. Very nice place although you'd never know it from the outside.
The clinic staff are friendly and helpful
Maybe its the doctor ( Dr. Sempla) I met or in general they are nonchalant. I had appointment for 11:30am. I got to meet with the Doctor in person at 12:05pm; no apology, no smile, no Doctor-patient communication and next she goes "how may I help you". Told her the issues I had. She complained they were too much to tell her. I was only entitled to 10 minutes. How rude! Anyways, she did her job duties which was check me and recommended medication but did all that with NO humanity at all
