Walked in on Saturday for a leg issue and met with Dr Omoloye. He was excellent, fast, and decisive. The front reception staff were accomodating and efficient as well. A great experience.
Impossible to Reach : Terrible Customer Service I've been trying to contact this clinic for over a week with no success. Calls go unanswered or straight to voicemail. On the rare occasions the front desk picks up, the staff are rude and have actually hung up on me mid-conversation. This is unacceptable for a medical facility. It’s all good from their staff especially Ellen and Dr. Van Jaarsveldt was very amazing and always be with with patients
The doctors and nurses are super nice and the pay attention to our needs and the receptionist were great.
Doctor Van always takes the time to listen and ask diagnostic questions. He will send his patients for blood test, X-ray, CT scans, MRI or to a specialist to make sure he's getting a full diagnosis for his patients. Yes, sometimes you have to wait quite a bit but he gives extra time to patients when warranted.
