The ladies that work in the office are wonderful. HOWEVER, United Apartment group is TRASH. The company doesn't require renters to have renter's insurance. A tenant had 2 dogs belonging to a breed that is not allowed to be ON THE PREMISES. Yet, he had them living there. He frequently takes his dogs out without a leash. Don’t ever visit anyone here. There are no signs posted and they will tow you car and expect you to pay for it. No other car in the parking lot had any parking permits in their cars. Yet they have an agreement with a tow company to have car towed and I’ve clearly seen in other reviews that they aren’t giving out parking permits!
I am absolutely furious! After waiting 3 weeks for my application to be approved and calling EVERY DAY for the past week, we get a call saying sorry you are declined, not because of my income but my age. Mind you I am nearly 57yrs old. Leo claims it's because their age requirement is 62. However EVERYWHERE I have looked including their own brochure indicates 55 and better. Thanks for wasting my time you ageist liars!
