I live here We have lived here for about eight months I love waking up to the lake view. Sometimes it’s hard to find a parking spot close to my door and I have pretty good neighbors and I guess I can’t really complain. I kinda like it out here.

Do Not waste your time or money! I moved in on 10/2016, trying to get away from a bad experience from my pervious apartments. The first two months were great, until at night I started to hear noises in my pantry and food being ate, peanut bottom open and little black poop everywhere. No comment because the last time my constitutional right was exercised I was threatened with an eviction.
Poor place to live I would not send no one here to live. It takes them about a mth or so to fix anything in your apartment and when they do it be half done. Also they have one trash compacter for all the residents at the complex. If you leave any trash bags outside on the floor of the compacter they will fine you for leaving it there and they take pictures and go through the trash bags as well.I'm not leaving bags of garbage in my house until the compacter is empty again. Well it seems there is a new team here..i hope rhonda stays as she is the only one who gets anything done you ask for. I moves in last february..the property manager Victoria was ignorant..abusive..got nothing done properly..and put everything off on everyone else..brian in maintenance is now gone..that man dealt with daily abuse from that girl...she brought people in here that were dirty..and brought this place down ..feel like i was living in a slum..garbage piled..rats running around..and all we were was threatened with e... read more
Use to be a hopy place to live Since they fired everyone and got new management it seems like they don't care about people anymore . In everyone's leases they were allowed to have grills and now they're taking that away fining everyone and $50 for having it outside unfortunately some of us have grills that are too large to bring in . This is low income yet they're raising our rent and they use electric that doubles our bill. .
