I contacted Megan to get advice on a mild prolapse and stress incontinence. The communication before the appointment was clear and professional. When I arrived the clinic was easy to find and there was parking directly outside. The environment was welcoming and I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. Had a lovely first appointment with Megan today. She has been very kind and considerate and made me fell extremely at ease. She explained everything thoroughly and I immediately felt understood. I have seen Megan for support both during pregnancy, postpartum and now two years postpartum and each time she has been incredibly supportive. She is hugely knowledgable and skilled at the work that she does. She has made me feel entirely at ease with sensitive topics that could be uncomfortable to be discuss but Megan makes it all feel easy and comfortable. I would give 6 stars if I could! After little to no help from my GP, Megan gave me the most comprehensive and helpful advice and reassurance. I never felt rushed and I had every confidence in what she told me. I walked out feeling 100% better than when I walked in. Megan is extremely knowledgeable but also has a great bedside manner, and I would recommend her wholeheartedly.
