I can't say enough good things about my experience here. Dr. Jen Ezavin is not only a wonderful provider but she is the sweetest human being ever. I'm so happy to be under her care. The medical assistant is also awesome they both put me at ease. They were so patient in answering all of my questions and educating me. I was told I needed to Set up a call to speak to a nurse practitioner ahead of my in person appointment. Waited around and never received the call. I called them to check on what happened and was left on hold. Very rude, inconsiderate, and terrible first impression. 1 hour later and still haven’t heard from anyone .
Highly recommend Dr Maamsang! I came to the office through the internet and didn’t know what to expect. Dealing with 2 months of IC pain I knew I had to find a solution. Dr Maamsang was informative, straightforward and compassionate. She made me feel comfortable with the procedures and did them delicately and efficiently. The office staff has been more than helpful as well.
Frauds & Scammers. They will tell you that your care/ injections is one price and then charge your insurance for services you have never received. I had to stop receiving care after receiving my first bill from insurance. Amanda in billing is rude and very hard to get ahold of. I have asked her for the codes and eob several times where she would not send. I then get told that the injections are considered 'surgery' and that my insurance is getting billed thousands of dollars for 'ultrasounds & x-rays' when I have never recei... read more
