Don't. Waste. You're. Time! They ask for your insurance when making your initial appointment. I asked if they take my insurance and they said yes. You wait months for your appointment; however they don't check your insurance until a few hours before your visit and then say that your insurance doesn't cover and you can come as "self-pay". I asked to escalate the issue, so this doesn't happen to others - I was told that I would receive a phone call the next day and did NOT. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wonderful experience thus far. I had radical pelvic floor pain after my second baby and tried everything - pelvic floor therapy, opiates, etc. and this is the first system of treatment that is actually giving relief. Meredith and her team are very professional, kind and supportive. I highly recommend utilizing their technique.

The pain in my pelvis was not only explained but demonstrated on an ultrasound screen that they can directly use to address localized pain. First they address large muscle groups, then focus on nerves and the nuances that come with endometriosis. Thank you for being this resource for me when I thought I was out of options
