I cannot begin to thank this team enough for their exceptional care! From Samias warm and personable welcome putting me at ease to Lauren Capuratas patience and guidance through my treatment, I was in amazing hands the entire time. I came with severe pelvic inflammation and their six week treatment really transformed my life; while I don’t feel at 100% yet, Lauren assured me that she will continue to follow up and work with me to get me there (and even offered recommendations to do alongside the treatment). Cons: DO NOT go here if they are out of network for your insurance. I ended up owing them about ten thousand dollars after being told multiple times that my insurance would probably cover it and not to worry about my balance, that the claims were just processing. Their treatments also did not work for me long term. Pros: They care about their patients. Good office experience. They gave me some very good referrals to other providers.
Amazing service by Christina B at the Bethesda location! Very knowledgeable on her work, definitely would recommend.

I don’t even know where to start. Everyone here is so friendly and kind. Lauren is truly amazing. She is so patient and definitely took the time to answer all my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all and I felt comfortable explaining all of my complaints. I’m still in the beginning of treatment so I can’t say whether or not it’s been helpful but I wanted to write this review based off of my first experience. I definitely recommend :)
