I want to leave a huge and sincere review for the physical therapy center I attended. The owner, Jessica, was key in my preparation for labor. Thanks to all the exercises she had me do and all the personalized attention she gave me, my labor was so easy. I only pushed for 10 minutes because I really knew how to apply the force, what breathing techniques to use, and none of this would have been possible without her. For those seeking a pelvic PT, I cannot recommend Align Pelvic Health enough. Jess is incredibly knowledgeable and creates a comfortable environment throughout each session. She developed an individualized plan both pre- and post-partum to enable my healing journey.

Dr. Swisher was recommended to me by a friend after my second c-section. I was looking for help addressing lingering pain resulting from the surgery, with the goal of avoiding long term symptoms. I recommend Dr. Swisher to absolutely everyone that mentions they may be dealing with a pelvic, pelvic floor, or women’s health type issue. Anyone that can access this specialized area of Physical therapy, that prior to my experience with Dr. Swisher I was totally unaware of, should take full advantage.
