I received a diagnosis of anilevator syndrome which explained my lower abdomen pain and cramping and elimination issues. But how correct it? This caring group of people helped me tremendously. They are experts! I was leaving the country for 3 months so I was squeezed in for treatments and to learn exercises for me to do daily. I faithfully do the exercises and the issues have resolved. I am so grateful to Zarina, Shannon and Carolyn.

I went to multiple urologists before finding Zarina 2 years ago and none of them were able to help me, even with antibiotics. Following Gender Confirmation surgery I started pelvic floor physical therapy here and it was like turning a page in my recovery. I no longer felt fragile, and it opened my mind, and body, to being as physical as I wanted to be again. Zarina is the absolute best and has a great personality and demeanor for the job. I feel extremely lucky to be doing my post surgery therapy here with her.
