Very thorough treatment. It was pleasing to be given sufficient details so I could understand my situation and what I needed to do to make it a bit better.
I was approached Kirsten with lots of of doubts and concerns but she was very polite and listened everything from me and given a good solution with evidence based, I am really delighted and thanks to Kirsten for her fantastic job.
I took my little boy to go and see Steph. She was absolutely lovely. She managed to turn a very painful problem that had been going on for years, into simple solutions and a clear approach. Besides making the whole process so easy and providing me with some optimism after years of challenges, she was also very kind and easy to talk to. We are so appreciative and we’ll be heading back to see Steph again.
