I have to admit that as a male the idea of pelvic health was a bit uncomfortable for me. After stumping urologists for years I finally decided to give it a shot. I could not have made a better choice. I have had a great experience at this practice. Celine( my third Pelvic floor therapist and my favorite) has not only drastically helped improve my condition, she does so while making you feel relaxed and comfortable during treatment that could feel intrusive with someone else. She has been instrumental in helping me prepare for my upcoming surgery and has successfully helped me manage my pain. Lizzie provides an environment where I feel safe and heard throughout my treatment. I truly appreciate the high quality of care I have received.
During my pregnancy I was treated by Lizzie. She did a phenomenal job helping me prepare for labor (1.5 hour delivery). She focused on several areas that allowed me to feel confident and more comfortable in my late stages of pregnancy and during my labor. I have continued my treatment during postpartum and feel confident in my recovery and the plan moving forward.
