Lizzie at PHRC has been incredible to work with, both during pregnancy and after. Because of her help I was confident going in the birthing process and was able to meet all my birth goals. Cannot recommend working with her enough!
Lizzie Rash, MSOT, OTR/L, my 6 year old daughter's pediatric pelvic floor therapist, has been a lifesaver and a highly effective clinician. It's not easy to find a highly skilled pediatric pelvic floor clinician, and Lizzie was kind, thoughtful, playful, engaging, and was able to clearly diagnose and then successfully treat my daughter through a very challenging issue. I have to admit that as a male the idea of pelvic health was a bit uncomfortable for me. After stumping urologists for years I finally decided to give it a shot. I could not have made a better choice. I have had a great experience at this practice. Celine( my third Pelvic floor therapist and my favorite) has not only drastically helped improve my condition, she does so while making you feel relaxed and comfortable during treatment that could feel intrusive with someone else.
