Dr. Foxx changed my life. Many past doctors did not listen to my chronic pain, Dr. Foxx was able to find the issue and 6 months later I feel like a new person. She is so thoughtful. The office is kind and responsive.
Called to try to schedule pelvic floor PT as I was referred by urology. Was greeted with "I'm going to stop you right there!!" by receptionist who insisted they have no pelvic floor PT- I asked for help figuring out the right person to talk to. She kept interrupting me to tell me that she had no pelvic floor PT and then hung up on me. URMC Website lists them as having pelvic floor PT- clearly this needs to be updated. I just want to take a minute to shout out Dr Burns. I don’t have a lot of nice things to say about most western doctors or our medicinal system; I lost hope in it a long time ago. I have been ignored and gaslit by more than I can count. I always felt rushed dismissed and not taken seriously. It took 8 YEARS to find Dr. Burns.
