Mischa is very easy to talk to and explains everything very clearly. I highly recommend her for anyone with pelvic floor issues like myself. Her ideas and things to do to help are great and have helped me immensely.
I can only say how great Mischa is I felt comfortable and Mischa explained exercises etc in an easy to understand way and is passionate about helping patients.
Mischa was wonderful. Explained pelvic floor muscles and how they work using verbal and visual aids. The exercises were easy with follow up checks to see that they were completed properly. Would recommend that you see Pelvic Fix Physiotherapy to gain positive outcomes.
