I made it quite clear when I made the appointment that I am doing so to gain advice on movements, stretches and exercises I can do to prepare for labour. I filled in a form making my expectations of the appointment very clear. The first 20 minutes at least of this expensive appointment were spent answering questions about my medical history, most of it having been answered on the form already. Saved my life after training judo and jiu jitsu for a week!
Mischa is very easy to talk to and explains everything very clearly. I highly recommend her for anyone with pelvic floor issues like myself. Her ideas and things to do to help are great and have helped me immensely.
I can only say how great Mischa is I felt comfortable and Mischa explained exercises etc in an easy to understand way and is passionate about helping patients.
