Hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a “professional”. Evelyn, the nail technician , made me book a week in advance then cancelled on me the day of my appointment, 20 minutes AFTER my scheduled time when I had to contact HER cause nobody was in the shop. She then proceeded to reschedule and cancel on me 4 additional times until eventually I just got fed up and said forget it.
